Bali Flights

Flights to Bali can vary but you should expect on average to have a flight that lasts for approximately sixteen and a half hours.

As a long haul destination it is worth planning a few activities and exercises for your flight to ensure you arrive at this amazing location in high spirits. Most travellers these days will take a laptop, tablet or e-book reader, like the Kindle, with them and these are a great way to pass a few hours, but remember to turn off your wireless signal for aircraft safety.

Due to the length of Bali flights it is also recommended to complete a few exercises along the way to help beat fatigue and help blood circulation. Getting out of your seat and stretching your legs is great when it is allowed to do so but there are also a few little exercises you can do right from your seat.

Why not try performing these exercises a few times through your flight. Try keeping your heels flat on the flour and raising your toes and you can reverse this exercise as well by keeping your toes on the floor and raising you heals. You can also cross you legs and rotate your foot in opposite directions. Keeping your arms on your arm rests, you can support yourself while raising your knees towards your chest. Of course, if you have any health concerns please speak to your doctor first.

We also advise you to keep alcohol consumption to a minimum as the effects are multiplied at high altitudes.
